Janki Chatti – The Starting Point
Begin your trek from Janki Chatti, a quaint village known for its scenic beauty and spiritual significance. This place holds mythological importance as it marks the spot where Sita, Goddess Yamuna’s sister, waited for Lord Rama while he battled Ravana.
Hanuman Chatti – Where Rivers Meet
Follow the picturesque trail that winds through dense forests and lush meadows. Along the way, stop at Hanuman Chatti, a sacred confluence of the Hanuman Ganga and Yamuna rivers. Pilgrims often take a holy dip in this sacred spot and offer prayers to Lord Hanuman.
Phool Chatti – A Floral Paradise

HARSIL- GANGOTRI-UTTARKASHI
With packed breakfast and post tea/coffee, depart for Gangotri early in the morning. Offering prayers and performing pooja darshan, later drive back to Uttarkashi, en route visit Gangnani. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
Gangotri
Gangotri temple is an 18th-century temple dedicated to Goddess Ganga. It is located near a sacred stone where King Bhagirath worshipped Lord Shiva, and Ganga is believed to have touched the earth at this spot. According to another legend, the Pandavas performed the great Deva Yagna here to atone for the death of their kinsmen in the epic battle of Mahabharata. The temple is an exquisite 20 ft. high structure made of white granite.

UTTARKASHI TO CHINYALISAUR AIRFIELD, TRANSFER, AND FLYBACK TO DEHRADUN SAHASTRADHARA AIRFIELD. NIGHT STAY IN DEHRADUN AS A BUFFER DAY IN HAND.
After an early breakfast, depart for Chinyalisaur airfield. Board the air for a scenic journey to Dehradun, with an estimated landing time by 10:30 AM. Transfer to the pre-booked hotel in Dehradun.
Enjoy a free day for personal activities or opt for optional sightseeing in Dehradun or Mussoorie. Overnight stay in Dehradun. This day serves as a buffer in case of delays or technical issues. Optionally explore Dehradun or arrange for additional sightseeing. Relax and prepare for the next leg of the journey.

DEHRADUN TO GAUCHAR FLYING & FURTHER TRANSFER TO SERSI OR PHATA (90 KM/ 03 HRS) FOR NIGHT STAY.
In the morning, transfer to Sahastradhara airfield and fly to Gauchar airfield. Â From there, proceed to Sersi or Phata via road (90km, 3 hours). Check into the accommodation in Sersi, Phata, or Sitapur. Optional visit to Triyuginarayan Temple during the day (extra chargeable). Night stay in Sitapur, Sersi, or Phata as per pre-booked arrangement.
EARLY MORNING REPORTING TO AIRFIELD IN SERSI OR PHATA. FLY TO SHRI KEDARNATH JI SHRINE & FURTHER TO SHRI BADRINATH DHAM ON THE SAME DAY.
Early morning, report to the airfield in Sersi or Phata. Fly to Kedarnath for darshan and then proceed to Badrinath on the same day. Yatra assistance will meet you in Badrinath for land transfer to the temple for priority darshan. After completing darshan at both temples, stay back in Sitapur, Sersi, or Phata for the night. The order of visiting Kedarnath and Badrinath may vary based on weather and operational clearance.
SERSI/PHATA – GAUCHAR (90 KM/03 HRS) & FURTHER FLY BACK TO DEHRADUN. FINAL DEPARTURE TO YOUR HOME DESTINATION.
After a comfortable breakfast, embark on a 3-hours road journey towards Gauchar airfield. Fly back to Dehradun from Gauchar airfield. Upon arrival in Dehradun, transfer to the airport for the final departure. Alternatively, you can choose to make a night halt in Rishikesh or Haridwar, and our team can arrange hotels and other travel arrangements at reasonable prices. This marks the final day of the program, and we will ensure you are dropped off at the airport or railway station for your journey home.

Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made in advance through our email & booking procedure or by calling our customer service center.
- A deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. An additional 25% shall be paid 45 days before the tour starts. The remaining balance is due and shall be paid 30 days prior to the tour date.
- We accept payments only through Net Banking to Our Current Account.
- Various payment plans are available to fit your budget.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing to our customer service center.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the tour date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15-30 days prior to the tour date will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations made on or before 15 days of the tour.
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling requests must be made in writing to our customer service center.
- Rescheduling requests made more than 30 days prior to the tour date will be accommodated at no additional cost.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 15-30 days prior to the tour date will be subject to a rescheduling fee of 10% additional of the total invoice.
- No rescheduling will be made before 15 days of the tour.
Weather Cancellations
- We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to inclement weather.
- In the event of a weather cancellation, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule your tour for a later date.
- The terms and conditions for the air charter tour operation state that the operator will not be liable for any expenses incurred by passengers due to cancellations caused by bad weather, operational restraints, technical snags, or other unavoidable circumstances. This includes additional expenses such as accommodation, food charges, and transfers.
- In case of cancellation due to bad weather, operational restraints, technical snags, or any unavoidable circumstances, the operator will offer you the following options:
– Opt for an alternate road travel to cover the trip for a successful journey at a revised cost.
– Request a full refund for the air charter tickets or air travel part.
– Retention will be levied on the part of road travel and hotel accommodation as third-party services associated with this package have no concern with unpredictable weather conditions and cancellations due to air travel.
- Please note that third-party service providers like hotels and transport may charge cancellation fees as per their policies. These charges will be communicated promptly and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Weight Restrictions
- For safety reasons, there is a maximum weight limit of 80 KG per passenger.
