Transfer to Sahastradhara Airfield: Prepare for an exhilarating air charter ride from Dehradun Sahastradhara airfield to Chiniyalisaur. KHARSALI TO YAMUNOTRI DHAM AND DRIVE TO HARSIL
Morning Early Rise in Kharsali: Wake up early and prepare for the challenging yet rewarding trek to Yamunotri Dham. Enjoy a simple breakfast and pack necessities like water, snacks, and warm clothes for the journey.
Janki Chatti – The Starting Point: Begin your trek from Janki Chatti, a quaint village with scenic beauty and spiritual significance, where Sita, Goddess Yamuna’s sister, waited for Lord Rama.
Hanuman Chatti – Where Rivers Meet: Follow the picturesque trail through dense forests, stopping at Hanuman Chatti, a sacred confluence of Hanuman Ganga and Yamuna rivers.
Phool Chatti – A Floral Paradise: Continue towards Phool Chatti, a vibrant meadow with breathtaking views of the Himalayas.
Reaching Yamunotri Dham: After 4-5 hours of trekking, arrive at Yamunotri Dham, the source of the Yamuna River. Experience awe and reverence at the sight of the snow-capped mountains and the holy temple.
Afternoon: Holistic Dip in Garam Kund: Immerse yourself in the hot water spring known as Garam Kund before entering the temple, believed to cleanse the soul.

HARSIL-GANGOTRI-UTTARKASHI
With packed breakfast & post Tea/Coffee, leave for Gangotri early in the morning. After offering prayers and pooja darshan, drive back to Uttarkashi, visiting Gangnani en route. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
Gangotri: Visit the 18th-century Gangotri temple dedicated to Goddess Ganga, located near the sacred stone where King Bhagirath worshipped Lord Shiva. Perform rituals and activities, including Snan at Gangotri Ghat, Ganga Pujan & Aarti at Gangotri Ghat, Darshan of Bhagirath Shila, Darshan of Gauri Ganesha Temple, and finally, Gangotri Temple Darshan.
UTTARKASHI TO CHINYALISAUR AIRFIELD TRANSFER, FLYBACK TO DEHRADUN SAHASTRADHARA AIRFIELD, AND OVERNIGHT STAY IN DEHRADUN
After an early breakfast, depart for Chinyalisaur airfield. Board the air for a scenic journey to Dehradun, landing by 10:30 AM. Transfer to the pre-booked hotel in Dehradun. This day serves as a buffer in case of delays or technical issues. Optionally explore Dehradun or arrange for additional sightseeing. Relax and prepare for the next leg of the journey. Overnight stay in Dehradun.
DEHRADUN TO GAUCHAR – FLYING TO KEDARNATH JI WITH NIGHT STAY
Morning transfer to Sahastradhara Airfield. Fly to Gauchar Airfield, then proceed to Sersi or Phata via road (90 km, 3 hours). Transfer to the designated Airfield for the flight to Kedarnath for darshan. Opt for the same-day return or night halt based on seat availability. We strive to accommodate pilgrims in the night halt plan in Kedarnath Ji to experience the divinity of this destination. Night stay in Shri Kedarnath Ji.
KEDARNATH TO SERSI OR PHATA RETURN BY AIR – NIGHT HALT IN SITAPUR, PHATA, OR SERSI
Early morning after darshan, report back to the Airfield for the return flight to Sitapur/Sersi/Phata as per the scheduled booking. Further transfer to accommodation in Sersi, Phata, or Sitapur. Optional visit to Triyugi Narayan Temple. Night stay in Sitapur, Sersi, or Phata based on pre-booked arrangements.
SITAPUR/SERSI TO BADRINATH BY ROAD VIA PIPALKOTI, JOSHIMATH & GOVINDGHAT – NIGHT STAY IN BADRINATH
After arrival from Kedarnath Ji, proceed to Badrinath on the same day. Late evening reach Badrinath and transfer to the hotel for check-in followed by dinner. Night stay in Badrinath.
Early morning participate in priority Puja & Darshan at Badrinath. After completing darshan at both temples, stay back in Sitapur, Sersi, or Phata for the night. The sequence of visiting Kedarnath Ji and Badrinath Ji can be adjusted based on weather and operational clearance.
BADRINATH TO GAUCHAR (90 KM/3 HOURS) & FLY BACK TO DEHRADUN – FINAL DEPARTURE
Early morning participate in priority Puja & Darshan at Badrinath. After completing temple darshan, return to Gauchar Airfield via Joshimath & Pipalkoti. Fly back to Dehradun from Gauchar Airfield. Upon arrival in Dehradun, transfer to the airport for the final departure. Alternatively, you can opt for a night halt in Rishikesh or Haridwar based on your choice and arrangements. Our team can assist in arranging hotels and other travel arrangements at reasonable prices. This marks the end of the program, and we will drop you off at the airport or railway station.
Terms & Conditions For Air Charter Tour Operation
Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made in advance through our email & booking procedure or by calling our customer service center.
- A deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. An additional 25% shall be paid 45 days before the tour starts. The remaining balance is due and shall be paid 30 days prior to the tour date.
- We accept payments only through Net Banking to Our Current Account.
- We also offer a variety of payment plans to fit your budget.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing to our customer service center.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the tour date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15-30 days prior to the tour date will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations made on or before 15 days of the tour.
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling requests must be made in writing to our customer service center.
- Rescheduling requests made more than 30 days prior to the tour date will be accommodated at no additional cost.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 15-30 days prior to the tour date will be subject to a rescheduling fee of 10% additional of the total invoice.
- No rescheduling will be made before 15 days of the tour.
Weather Cancellations
- We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to inclement weather.
- In the event of a weather cancellation, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule your tour for a later date.
- The terms and conditions for the air charter tour operation state that the operator will not be liable for any expenses incurred by passengers due to cancellations caused by bad weather, operational restraints, technical snags, or other unavoidable circumstances. This includes additional expenses such as accommodation, food charges, and transfers.
- In case of cancellation due to bad weather, operational restraints, technical snags, or any unavoidable circumstances, the operator will offer you the following options:
– Opt for an alternate road travel to cover the trip for a successful journey at a revised cost.
– Request a full refund for the air charter tickets or air travel part.
– Retention will be levied on the part of road travel and hotel accommodation as third-party services associated with this package have no concern with unpredictable weather conditions and cancellations due to air travel.
- Please note that third-party service providers like hotels and transport may charge cancellation fees as per their policies. These charges will be communicated promptly and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Weight Restrictions
- For safety reasons, there is a maximum weight limit of 80 KG per passenger.
- Passengers who exceed the weight limit may be required to pay additional weight charges as per the policy of aviation companies.
Insurance
- We strongly recommend that all passengers purchase travel insurance on their own.
- Travel insurance will protect you in the event of cancellation, lost luggage, or medical emergencies.
Baggage Restrictions
- Passengers are limited to one carry-on bag up to a weight of 5 Kg and one personal item.
